Role Description The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) provides hands-on care to patients in an on-site setting in Loveland, CO, supporting daily activities and promoting comfort and safety. This full-time role includes assisting with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility, and transfers, as well as monitoring vital signs and reporting changes in patient condition to licensed nursing staff. The CNA helps maintain a clean and safe environment, supports infection control practices, and follows individualized care plans. Additional responsibilities include documenting care accurately, communicating with patients, families, and the care team, and upholding agency policies and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

  • Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license in the state of Colorado and current CPR certification.
  • \n

  • Demonstrated skills in personal care assistance, safe patient handling, and basic vital sign monitoring.
  • \n

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
  • \n

  • Ability to follow care plans, work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team, and maintain accurate documentation.
  • \n

  • Reliability in maintaining scheduled shifts, with the ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, standing, and walking for extended periods.
  • \n

  • Understanding of infection control, patient safety practices, and confidentiality requirements (HIPAA compliance).
  • \n

  • Experience in home health, hospice, or long-term care settings is preferred but not required.
  • \n

  • High school diploma or equivalent and a commitment to providing compassionate, client-centered care.
