Position: Roofing Project Manager – Manage the entire process from sale through roofing installation.
✅ Qualified candidates MUST have residential roofing project management experience.
Experience:
• 5+ years of project management experience with residential roofing
• Residential roofing installation experience
Required Skills:
• Detail-oriented with strong multitasking abilities
• Strong communication skills when handling issues with homeowners, installers, and subcontractors
Responsibilities:
• Manage and resolve issues involving homeowners, installers, and subcontractors
• Manage and document punch lists for roofing installations and coordinate corrections and final approvals
• Order roofing materials and ensure timely delivery
• Schedule installations with installers, subcontractors, and homeowners
• Handle issues related to homeowners, installations, installers, and subcontractors
