First-year earning potential when goals are met: $180,000+

Compensation:

$125,500 - $225,000 yearly

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and evaluate prime commercial properties to meet client investment goals.

  • Cultivate and nurture a robust network of industry contacts to drive business growth.
  • Stay ahead of market trends to provide clients with timely, actionable insights.
  • Negotiate effectively on behalf of clients to secure favorable terms and conditions.
  • Collaborate with team members to deliver comprehensive solutions tailored to client needs.
  • Maintain detailed records of client interactions and transaction progress for seamless communication and follow-up.

Qualifications:
