Now Hiring: Part-Time Onsite Apartment Managers (Three Openings Available)
Location: Los Angeles, CA

We are currently hiring three separate part-time Onsite Apartment Manager positions in Los Angeles. Each opportunity includes free housing and additional monthly compensation, and all positions are part-time with consistent weekday schedules.

Below are the details for each opportunity:

???? Opportunity 1: 16-Unit Building

• Location: Los Angeles, CA 90006
• Preferred: Bilingual (Spanish & English)
• Compensation:
  • Rent-free 1-bedroom apartment
  • $250 monthly payment
• Schedule:
  • 15 hours per week (3 hours/day, Monday–Friday)
  • Total: 66 hours per month

???? Opportunity 2: 27-Unit Building

• Location: Los Angeles, CA 90046
• Compensation:
  • Rent-free studio apartment
  • $620 monthly payment
• Schedule:
  • 20 hours per week (4 hours/day, Monday–Friday)

???? Opportunity 3: 25-Unit Building

• Location: Los Angeles, CA 90065
• Required: Bilingual (Spanish & English)
• Compensation:
  • Rent-free 1-bedroom apartment
  • $175 monthly payment
• Schedule:
  • 12.5 hours per week (2.5 hours/day, Monday–Friday)

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and supervise outside contractors performing services on the property
• Communicate with tenants, post rents, and prepare tenant notices
• Show and lease vacant units, including processing applications and rental agreements
• Conduct daily property inspections, identify repair needs, and perform light maintenance
• Maintain clean and presentable property grounds at all times

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of on-site apartment management experience
• Strong understanding of fair housing laws and property management regulations
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Experience with AppFolio (preferred)
• Excellent organization, time management, and communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and a team-oriented mindset
• Hands-on cleaning/maintenance experience
• Excellent communication (written and verbal)
• No Smoking and No Pets allowed
• Fluency in both Spanish and English
