We are seeking a detail-oriented Paralegal with experience in litigation to join our legal team. The ideal candidate is highly organized, familiar with all phases of case management, and comfortable working in a fast-paced legal environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Assist attorneys in all phases of civil litigation, including drafting pleadings, preparing discovery, and managing case files.

Conduct legal research and compile data for use in briefs and other filings.

Maintain and manage the office and trial calendar.

Coordinate with clients, witnesses, and experts for meetings, depositions, and court appearances.

Maintain organized electronic files using legal case management software.

Proofread legal documents for accuracy and completeness.
Qualifications:

Must be a qualified Paralegal under California B&P §6450 with 3+ years of hands-on experience.

Proficiency in Clio Manage (or similar case/document management software).

Proficiency in Microsoft 365.

Strong organizational, research, clerical, and proofreading skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication.

Experience in civil law is a must; familiarity with probate litigation is a plus.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
