Long Term Temporary, possible Temporary to Direct Hire, Deployment Technician opportunity in New York City. Hours for this position will be Monday through Friday, 9am to 5pm. Fully Onsite.
Summary
The primary duties and responsibilities of this position will be to assist with the migration deployment of the Genesys Phone System.
Job Responsibilities
- Support the deployment process; setting up and configuring new or existing computers.
- Responsible for imaging, configuring, staging and deployment of equipment.
- Maintain mobile operations equipment.
- Report any equipment deficiencies found.
- Perform maintenance functions or adjustments to equipment on site.
- Assist in set up of equipment.
- Assist in tear-down and relocation or retrieval of devices.
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs as needed. Previous deployment experience necessary.
