Job Summary We are seeking an experienced, hands-on Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our team! As the Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for operational performance and well-being. You will lead staff, ensuring they reflect the restaurants high standards. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with experience managing a successful restaurant and retail market. Duties and Responsibilities:

<li>Develop short and long-term goals for the restaurant</li>
<li>Manage and schedule employees and conduct periodic performance reviews</li>
<li>Lead team in providing exceptional customer service</li>
<li>Adhere to all health and safety rules and regulations</li>
<li>Develop and coordinate marketing efforts and community events</li>
<li>Order supplies: food, produce, dry goods and paper goods</li>
<li>Manage monthly inventory </li>
</ul>
Qualifications:

<li>Previous restaurant management experience</li>
<li>Familiarity with POS software</li>
<li>Ability to remain calm and thrive under pressure</li>
