Senior Superintendent Role Overview As the Senior Superintendent, you are the company’s on-site representative responsible for the daily coordination and direction of the project. You will work as a complementary team with the Project Manager to ensure the project remains safe, within budget, on schedule, and meets company quality standards. You are expected to conceptualize the construction plan and align daily activities with that vision. Key Responsibilities

  • Field Operations: Lead day-to-day activities, including subcontractor management, project cost control, and schedule implementation.
  • Safety & Compliance: Manage permits, inspections, code compliance, and jobsite security while ensuring all safety policies are followed.
  • Documentation: Handle project documentation, including daily reports, subcontractor reports, and as-built drawings, while ensuring correct documents are available in the field.
  • Meetings & Mentorship: Facilitate OAC and Foreman meetings and mentor Assistant Superintendents and Field Engineers.
  • Preconstruction & Business Development: Assist with scheduling, logistics, and procurement, as well as participate in project interviews and RFP/RFQ responses. Qualifications
  • Experience: Must have Senior Superintendent experience in multi-family housing, commercial, or K–12 construction.
  • Certifications: Valid 10-Hour OSHA Construction, CPR, and First Aid certifications. Compensation & Benefits

  • Schedule: Full-time, 8-hour shift, Monday through Friday.
