F2OnSite is building a rapid deployment team of long term contract Deskside Support Technicians to support an upcoming IT initiative on the East Coast. We're proactively sourcing qualified candidates ahead of launch for fast onboarding and scheduling.
Responsibilities
- Provide onsite deskside support for end-users
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with desktops, laptops, printers, and basic network connectivity
- Perform imaging, deployments, and software installs
- Follow remote instructions and escalate complex issues as needed
- Maintain clear documentation and deliver professional customer service
Qualifications
- 2+ years of hands-on IT support experience
- Proficient in Windows OS, hardware break/fix, and basic network troubleshooting
- Strong communication skills and customer-facing demeanor
- Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally as required
- Resume required for consideration
