Job Summary
In Furniture Marketplace this role is responsible for providing a welcoming environment, assisting clients in person or on the phone with inquiries and after sale services, managing administrative tasks, and coordinating with the sales team and warehouse team to ensure an exceptional customer experience. You show respect and courtesy to all customers and employees. This position is right for you if you are self-motivated, energetic, and enjoy helping people. Ideally you are driven to provide the highest level of customer service and satisfaction and able to effectively manage a variety of situations on a day-to-day basis.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide a welcoming and professional environment for all customers visiting the showroom or contacting the company by phone or email.
  • Assist clients with product inquiries, order status updates, after-sale service requests, and general support to ensure a positive experience.
  • Manage administrative tasks such as processing invoices, maintaining accurate customer records, and preparing daily reports.
  • Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth handovers between customer inquiries, purchase transactions, and post-sale support.
  • Work closely with the warehouse team to track orders, confirm deliveries, manage returns, and resolve logistics issues.
  • Demonstrate respect, courtesy, and professionalism in all interactions with customers, colleagues, and business partners.
  • Respond promptly to customer concerns, complaints, or service issues, escalating to management when necessary.
  • Support promotional activities, events, and marketing initiatives within the showroom environment.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk and reception area.
  • Uphold company standards by consistently providing exceptional customer service and contributing to overall customer satisfaction.


Qualifications:

  • Minimum two years of front desk/service represnetative
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Fast learner
  • Detail-oriented with strong data entry skills
  • Positive Attitude
  • Team player who can work independently
  • Able to Multitask
