We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Developer to help carry forward a high-impact software platform designed to power operational excellence and business growth across the property management and real estate industry.

This is a mission-critical hire. You will be stepping into a valuable role with involvement with architecture, technical direction, and execution. You'll work with a highly capable team of full-stack programmers and collaborate across product, operations, and leadership.

We are actively expanding our local Tampa-based engineering team. We’ve built a brand-new office designed specifically to support a collaborative, high-performance development environment. We’ve built a modern, AI-integrated platform to support property managers and real estate professionals. From automation to intelligent lead handling, maintenance workflows, business development pipelines, and financial tools—it’s designed to simplify operations and unlock growth for real estate businesses of all sizes. The stack is clean, modern, and optimized for speed and flexibility:

• Frontend: React.js, TailwindCSS, ShadCN
• Backend: Node.js (Express), PostgreSQL
• AI Integration: OpenAI, Claude Code
• Infrastructure: AWS

What You’ll Do

• Architect and scale full end-to-end systems using React + Tailwind on the frontend, and Node.js + PostgreSQL on the backend.
• Collaborate with a small team of 5 developers—setting technical direction, conducting code reviews, and enforcing best practices.
• Translate product and business objectives into clear technical roadmaps.
• Own projects in the software development lifecycle: from sprint planning and backlog refinement to testing, deployment, monitoring, and maintenance.
• Integrate advanced AI workflows and workflow automation.
• Ensure system performance, scalability, security, and cost-efficiency—involved with making key infrastructure decisions in AWS.
• Solve challenging problems through debugging, performance optimization, and innovation.
• Define and improve engineering standards—tests, documentation, conventions, CI/CD, and automation.

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of full stack development experience, with a strong command of Node.js, PostgreSQL, and React.
• Proven leadership experience—leading teams, mentoring developers, and owning key initiatives.
• Experience with AI tools or APIs (OpenAI, Claude Code, Cursor, etc.) is a major plus.
• Familiarity with workflow automation tools like n8n or Zapier.
• Strong understanding of software architecture, cloud infrastructure (AWS), and scalable development practices.
• Clean, well-documented code. Strong communication skills. Asynchronous team experience preferred.
• Must have an active GitHub profile or public code samples.

We prefer you live in the Tampa Bay area. You MUST live in the US to be considered as the position will involve occasional travel to Tampa, Florida if you don't live there already.
