Pay Grade: Grade 8
Starting Wage: $18.97 - $23.71

Position Summary:
The Table Games Supervisor plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the casino's table games. Responsibilities include managing table games personnel, overseeing table games activity, and providing excellent guest service to all customers. The Supervisor will provide leadership to ensure that all table games meet organizational policies and objectives, and that all customers receive courteous, prompt, and quality service.
Core Duties and Responsibilities:
The Table Games Supervisor is responsible for the following duties:
- Ensure the smooth operation of the table games pit, including monitoring dealer performance and game speed, and adjusting as necessary.
- Provide exceptional customer service to all table games customers, ensuring their needs and requests are addressed efficiently and professionally.
- Manage the flow of the game, ensuring all players adhere to the rules and regulations of the organization and maintaining the integrity of the game.
- Monitor financial transactions, including cash and chip transactions, and ensure that all transactions are handled according to organizational policies and procedures.
- Train and mentor table games personnel, ensuring that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide excellent customer service and run the games smoothly.
- Maintain accurate records of table games activity, including player ratings, win/loss figures, and game statistics, and report this information to upper management as required.
- Maintain a clean and organized table games pit, ensuring that all equipment is in good working order and that the area is always clean and presentable.
- Act as a liaison between table games team members and upper management, communicating any issues or problems that arise and working together to develop solutions.
- Enforce organizational policies and procedures, ensuring that all personnel and customers adhere to these guidelines.
- Ensure compliance with all laws and regulations governing table games operations.

Qualifications – Education and Experience:
Minimum Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the casino industry with a strong understanding of table games operations and regulations.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to supervise, train and motivate a team of table games personnel.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize and remain calm under high-pressure situations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to ensure compliance with organizational policies and objectives.
- In-depth knowledge of table games including, but not limited to, blackjack, roulette, craps, and baccarat.
- Proficient in basic math skills to calculate payouts, winnings, and commissions accurately.
- Understanding of customer service principles and a passion for delivering exceptional guest service.
- Must be available to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in hospitality, business administration or related field.

The work environment is fast-paced and requires overall good mental and physical health.
