Associate Attorney - Landlord/Tenant


NW Landlord Solutions, a landlord-tenant law firm based in Camas, Washington, seeks an experienced associate attorney to handle unlawful detainer and landlord-tenant litigation. Our firm operates on a flat-fee model with no billable hour minimum, supporting a lifestyle-oriented practice focused on efficiency and results.


The ideal candidate is a self-starter with a forward-thinking mindset, interested in representing landlords long-term and helping build and grow a practice. Prior landlord-tenant or unlawful detainer experience is strongly preferred. Experience in King, Pierce, or Snohomish Counties is a plus, but not required.

Compensation:

$90,000 - $144,000 yearly

Responsibilities:

  • Manage residential unlawful detainer matters from filing through resolution
  • Handle motion practice and court appearances
  • Advise landlords and property managers on Washington landlord-tenant law
  • Work collaboratively with staff while maintaining autonomy over cases

Qualifications:

  • Active Washington State Bar membership, in good standing
  • Prior experience with landlord-tenant or unlawful detainer matters strongly preferred
  • Litigation and courtroom experience required
  • Experience in King, Pierce, and/or Snohomish Counties is a plus, but not required
