Compensation:
$125,500 - $213,300 yearly
Responsibilities:
- Guide high-profile clients through the buying, selling, and investing process, ensuring their unique needs are met with precision.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships within the sports and entertainment communities to expand your professional network.
- Stay informed on the latest market trends and insights to provide clients with timely and accurate advice.
- Collaborate with a high-performing team to deliver exceptional results and exceed client expectations.
- Utilize our specialized training and resources to stand out in the competitive Sports & Entertainment real estate niche.
- Represent clients in negotiations, advocating for their best interests with confidence and expertise.
- Coordinate property showings and open houses, showcasing top-tier properties to potential buyers and investors.
Qualifications:
- Real Estate License or in the process of getting one
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships within the sports and entertainment industries.
- Proven track record of guiding clients through complex buying, selling, and investing processes.
- Strong negotiation skills to advocate effectively for clients' best interests.
- Familiarity with current market trends and the ability to provide timely, accurate advice.
- Licensed real estate agent or actively pursuing licensure in California.
