Job Summary:
We are seeking a dependable and experienced Warehouse Supervisor to lead daily warehouse operations, including receiving, inventory management, order fulfillment, and shipping. The ideal candidate will bring proven warehouse experience, strong leadership skills, and a hands-on approach to ensuring a safe, organized, and efficient work environment. This role is key to maintaining accuracy, workflow, and team productivity. Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and actively participate in receiving, inspection, and storage of incoming shipments
- Oversee accurate picking, staging, and preparation of orders for outbound shipment
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment
- Verify accuracy of incoming and outgoing shipments; resolve discrepancies or damages
- Monitor inventory levels and support cycle counts and audits
- Lead, train, and motivate warehouse team members to meet performance goals
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and company policies
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required; associate degree or higher preferred
- Minimum 2 years of verifiable warehouse experience required
- Previous supervisory or lead experience in a warehouse environment strongly preferred
- Skilled in operating forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs and remain on feet for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Self-motivated with excellent time management and organizational skills
- Comfortable using warehouse management systems and performing intermediate computer tasks
- Experience with Magaya Cargo System a plus
