We are excited to announce the expansion of our Leasing/Admin Team in Tigard, and we're eager to engage with individuals who are enthusiastic about sales, customer service, and contributing value to residents. If you are passionate about what you do and thrive in a vibrant social environment, we want to speak with you! While prior property management experience is preferred, it is not a mandatory requirement. Must have strong foundation in customer service/sales/related fields.

Position Details:

Title: Leasing/Admin
Schedule: weekends included (subject to change based on community needs)


Responsibilities: As a Leasing Agent, your role will involve a variety of tasks, including but not limited to answering phones, handling filing, managing resident and vendor relations, and participating in administrative projects.

Key Requirements:

  • Excellent phone and in-person sales skills.
  • Motivated and hard-working demeanor.
  • Previous experience in apartment leasing is a plus.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Above-average proficiency in computer skills, including Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Strong customer service orientation.
  • Knowledge or familiarity with systems like Yardi, OneSite, CRM, or related platforms would be advantageous.
