Our works supports large-scale construction projects with safe, efficient, and professional services. We're looking for a skilled and motivated Demolition/Abatement Foreman to lead commercial demolition and abatement projects in the Richmond area. If you have a strong background in construction and a passion for leadership, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage crews on demolition and abatement job sites.
- Ensure projects are completed on time and within scope.
- Maintain safety standards and regulatory compliance.
- Communicate effectively with team members and project managers.
- Interpret and execute job specifications and plans.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of environmental regulations and safety procedures.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and job specs.
- Positive attitude and commitment to jobsite excellence.
Minimum Requirements:
- Experience in commercial construction, demolition, and/or abatement.
- Proven leadership and project management skills.
- Strong communication and coordination abilities.
- U.S. Citizenship and Real ID (required for access to military bases).
