About the Role:
As a CNA at Olivia Restorative Therapy and Nursing, you will be responsible for providing direct patient care, including assisting with daily living activities, monitoring vital signs, and reporting changes to nurses and physicians. Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) will also be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe environment, promoting patient dignity and respect, and contributing to the overall success of our care team.
Responsibilities:

Provide direct patient care, including assistance with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming

Monitor and record patient vital signs, including temperature, pulse, and blood pressure

Report changes in patient condition to nurses and physicians, and assist with implementing care plans

Maintain a clean and safe environment, including restocking supplies and performing housekeeping tasks

Promote patient dignity and respect, and contribute to a positive and inclusive care environment

Collaborate with care team members to ensure seamless delivery of patient care
