Continuous Improvement Manager | Kentwood, MI
Salary Range: $88,000 - $134,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity
We are collaborating with multiple companies in Kentwood seeking experienced Continuous Improvement Managers. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement CI strategies across manufacturing operations.
- Lead and mentor cross-functional teams in Lean, Six Sigma, and other CI methodologies.
- Identify and prioritize process improvement opportunities to enhance efficiency, quality, and cost.
- Facilitate Kaizen events and workshops to drive rapid problem-solving and sustainable change.
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track improvement progress and impact.
- Champion a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence throughout the organization.
Recommended Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment, with at least 3 years in a dedicated continuous improvement role.
- Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification required.
- Proven track record of successfully leading and implementing continuous improvement projects, achieving measurable results.
- Strong proficiency in data analysis and statistical process control (SPC) using relevant software (e.g., Minitab, JMP).
Bonus Qualifications
- Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt certification
- Experience with AI/ML applications in process optimization
- Demonstrated ability to mentor and develop junior CI professionals
- Proficiency in advanced simulation and modeling software
