Compensation & Perks

Key Responsibilities
- Vehicle Repair: Inspect, diagnose, and perform a wide range of mechanical repairs and maintenance on various vehicle makes and models.
- System Specialization: Expertly perform wheel alignments and service modern vehicle air conditioning systems using both R134A and 1234YF refrigerants.
- Diagnostic Testing: Identify pre-existing and potential vehicle malfunctions through thorough inspection and testing of parts prior to installation/repair.
- Maintenance: Perform routine services, including oil changes, tire rotations, and other preventative maintenance tasks.
- Compliance: Ensure all vehicles comply with state inspection requirements.
- Customer Service: Professionally answer customer questions and provide detailed recommendations for necessary repairs and maintenance.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate, organized records of all completed and outstanding jobs.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Experience: A minimum of 5 years of previous experience in a professional automotive technician role is required.
- Certification:

- Mandatory: Must have R134A and 1234YF air conditioning certification.
- Mandatory: Proven ability to perform alignments.
- Preferred: Vocational or postsecondary program completion.
- Preferred: ASE Certification is a definite plus, but not required.
- Skills: Extensive experience and proficiency with various shop tools and diagnostic equipment.
- Driving: Must possess a valid and clean driver's license with no restrictions.
