Starling Health Care Services is seeking dedicated and compassionate IHS (Individualized Home Support) Workers to join our team. As an IHS Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with a range of needs, including seniors, individuals with disabilities, and those recovering from illness or injury. Your responsibilities will include providing personalized care, assistance with activities of daily living, and promoting independence and well-being for our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Provide individualized support to clients based on their unique needs and preferences.
- Assist with personal care tasks such as laundry and medication reminders.
- Support clients with household tasks including meal preparation, light housekeeping, and errands.
- Facilitate community integration and participation in social activities for clients receiving ICLS services.
- Maintain accurate documentation of client care and progress.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in home health care, personal care assistant (PCA), or related field preferred but not required.
- Compassionate and reliable with a strong commitment to client-centered care.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Must pass background check and meet all licensing requirements.
