Full Time Apprentice

Salary Range:10.00 To 10.00 (USD) Hourly

We are seeking a Craftsman Apprentice to support our boot manufacturing process by crafting boots, boot components and assisting with the organization of the production line and materials . This role is essential to maintaining our standards of craftsmanship and ensuring consistent product quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Adjusting and align vamps on boots to ensure proper fit and finish.
• Remove nails and separate leather from lining to prepare for box toe fitting.
• Heat, shape, and attach box toes securely to the boot structure.
• Organize and maintain workflow across the factory line to support smooth operations.
• Restock insoles and materials as needed to ensure continuous production..

Required Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED preferred but not required.
• Driver’s License
• No prior experience necessary; training will be provided.
• Manual dexterity and ability to use hand tools.
• Strong attention to detail and pride in quality craftsmanship.
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs
• Ability to stand or walk for extended periods.
• Use of hands, tools, or equipment as required

Work Environment:

• This is an on-site position at our facility
• Work may involve exposure to leather materials, adhesives, and mechanical equipment
• Noise level and temperature may vary depending on department

Schedule:

• Monday – Friday
• 6:00am-2:30pm
