Baron Contracting is looking for an experienced Plumbing Project Manager/Estimator to join our team. This individual will be responsible for estimating, coordinating, and managing the entirety of plumbing projects, from initial phase to completion, for both residential and commercial properties. They will ensure that all project requirements, deadlines, and schedules are on track, as well as take the lead in financial forecasting, estimation, and budgeting.

This job can be performed from anywhere in the Bay Area. Must be eligible to work in the USA.

Responsibilities:

• Manage all facets of project management (budget, schedule, procurement, quality & risk) for individual real estate projects including planning, design, and construction implementation.
• Prepare detailed cost estimates, budgets, and work timetables, and interpret and explain contracts and technical information to the teams involved.
• Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan, provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress.
• Manage and oversee the work of subcontractors and vendors, ensuring quality standards are upheld and project timelines are met.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other construction workers on design and implementation.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience managing plumbing projects.
• Experience with project management tools and methodologies and strong knowledge of construction industry regulations and standards.
• Excellent leadership, team management and communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving, risk management and decision-making skills.
• Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks and effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously.
