Your Role:
As a Service Manager / Service Advisor, you will:

  • Lead and Manage the service department to drive performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Advise Customers on necessary repairs and services, building trust and repeat business.
  • Maximize Efficiency by ensuring smooth shop operations and technician productivity.
  • Monitor KPIs & Goals to meet revenue and service targets.
  • Ensure Profitability by overseeing estimates, pricing, and warranty claims.
  • Foster a Strong Team by motivating and mentoring service staff.


What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience: 3+ years as a Service Manager or Service Advisor in a high-performing shop.
  • Leadership Skills: Ability to manage technicians and service advisors while keeping operations running smoothly.
  • Customer-Centric Approach: Excellent communication and sales ability to drive customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Efficiency Mindset: You understand the value of time, streamline workflows, and know how to prioritize repairs profitably.
  • Tech-Savvy & Organized: Experience with shop management software and digital service workflows is a plus.
  • Financial Acumen: Understanding of labor rates, parts margins, and how to increase profitability while maintaining integrity.
