A growing and reputable family law firm based in Atlanta is seeking a seasoned Senior Attorney to join its collaborative and client-focused practice. The Senior Family Law Attorney will manage a diverse caseload of high-conflict and high-asset family law matters from intake through resolution.
Responsibilities:
- Manage a full caseload of family law matters, including divorce, custody, child support, alimony, and equitable distribution
- Handle complex/high-asset divorce and custody disputes
- Conduct mediations, depositions, and evidentiary hearings
- Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and settlement agreements
- Provide strategic counsel and compassionate client communication
- Appear regularly in court and manage litigation strategy from start to finish
- Mentor junior attorneys and collaborate with support staff
Qualifications:
- J.D. from an accredited law school
- Active license to practice law in Georgia (in good standing)
- 5+ years of experience practicing family law
- Strong litigation, negotiation, and courtroom advocacy skills
- Experience with complex asset division and high-conflict custody matters preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage deadlines, caseloads, and client expectations effectively

- The annual salary for this position is between $130,000-$170,000 Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
