AutoMeter Products, Inc. was founded in 1957 and has been a fixture in downtown Sycamore, Illinois since 1979, manufacturing automotive aftermarket performance gauges and instrumentation in our over 100,000-square-foot production, engineering, and warehouse facilities. AutoMeter is IATF ISO/TS 16949-certified and deploys a hybrid vertical integration/sourced strategy with a strategic focus on the design, assembly, calibration, and verification processes performed in-house by skilled technicians. The company is the market leader in the performance and racing instrumentation market and serves as a first-tier supplier to specialty vehicle manufacturers.
Position Summary\n
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Warehouse Operations Manager to lead warehouse (receive, pick, kit, pack, and ship) at our Sycamore Distribution Center. This role owns key customer service metrics (on-time delivery, order-to-delivery cycle time, order fill rates, etc.), receiving, inventory control, order fulfillment, and shipping, and works in close partnership with the Operations Manager

The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with a true customer service focus, excellent communication skills, and a strong background in warehouse and logistics operations, inventory accuracy, and safety compliance, who will ensure customer orders ship complete, accurate, and on time. Our Distribution Center provides fulfillment activities in support of our high-volume Direct-to-Consumer and distributor customers.
Qualifications\n
Required
\n
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations Management, or a related field, or equivalent hands-on experience.
\n
• 5+ years of experience in a supervisor-level or above role in a warehouse, distribution, or logistics operations.
\n
• Proficiency with WMS/ERP systems (experience with QAD Pro and/or NetSuite preferred), small-parcel shipping platforms supporting Direct-to-Consumer fulfillment, and Microsoft Office applications.
\n
• Forklift certification (or ability to obtain and maintain certification) and strong working knowledge of warehouse safety standards required.

• Salary Range: $70,000 - $90,000 annually, based on experience
