The Parts Counter Person plays a vital role in supporting the parts department by managing inventory, providing excellent customer service, and facilitating efficient order processing. This position requires multitasking across various responsibilities such as parts identification and stock replenishment, while working independently or as part of a small to large team. Some supervisory duties may also be involved.
Responsibilities
- Manage inventory and maintain accurate stock levels
- Provide knowledgeable customer service and product information
- Process orders efficiently and accurately
- Identify parts based on customer needs and expertise
- Support sales efforts at the counter for windows/window treatments
- Replenish stock and organize storage areas
- Keep detailed records of transactions and inventory changes
- Handle scheduling and answer phones professionally

Required Qualifications
- Entry-level experience in retail or parts sales
