Heritage Grove Estates (ALF) is seeking a compassionate and skilled Cook to join our team. Responsibilities:
• Prepare and cook meals for residents and staff, adhering to dietary restrictions and preferences
• Manage inventory and ordering of food and supplies
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, adhering to safety and sanitation standards
• Collaborate with other culinary staff to plan and implement menu options
• Assist with menu planning, food presentation, and special dietary requests
• Maintain accurate records of food preparation, inventory, and waste management
Requirements:

~1-2 years of experience in food service or a related field

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively

Strong communication and teamwork skills

Commitment to providing exceptional resident care and service

Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods

Food Handler's Certification or willingness to obtain
