Key Responsibilities:

Answer and direct incoming calls with professionalism and courtesy.

File litigation documents in arbitration forums as well as state, federal, and appellate courts.

Provide administrative support for meetings, depositions, hearings, mediations, and trials.
Qualifications:

Minimum of 2 years of experience as a litigation legal secretary, preferably supporting a partner or senior attorney.

Strong knowledge of state court filing procedures is essential.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and general tech-savviness.
Role Details:

Bachelor’s degree required.

Full-time, on-site position in Downtown Los Angeles.

Standard office hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM.

This listing represents the types of roles we typically place with our clients. Compensation for this position is estimated between $52,000 and $65,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications. Benefits may include medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) plans.
Pay Details: $50,000.00 to $65,000.00 per year
