Litigation Paralegal
Washington, DC | Hybrid | Full-Time

You will:
- Support all phases of litigation, including discovery and trial preparation
- Assist with drafting, formatting, and preparing legal documents and filings
- Organize and manage case files, exhibits, and key litigation materials
- Prepare deposition binders, hearing materials, and trial exhibits
- Track deadlines and help ensure cases stay on schedule
- Assist with document review and production
- Conduct legal and factual research as needed
- Collaborate directly with attorneys in a team-oriented environment
What We’re Looking For

- Strong foundation in litigation procedures and case management
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple assignments and deadlines with minimal oversight
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel)
- Experience in labor & employment or civil litigation is a plus
Why This Role Stands Out
- More hands-on responsibility than a typical junior paralegal role
- High-quality, meaningful work supporting labor and employment matters
- Supportive, team-oriented environment where your contributions are valued
- Better work-life balance than many large law firm roles
- Clear opportunity to grow your litigation skillset
Additional Details
- Location: Washington, DC
- Schedule: Hybrid (3 days in office after onboarding)
