Key Responsibilities
- Be the welcoming voice and face of Walker Automotive, answering phones with an amazing personality and greeting every customer.
- Manage our service schedule, book appointments, and assist with vehicle check-in and check-out.
- Handle customer invoicing and payment processing, ensuring the cash drawer is accurately reconciled.
- Support the service team by ordering, receiving, and returning parts, and managing inventory.
- Assist in keeping the workflow organized and our technicians on task.
- Perform follow-up calls to customers to provide status updates and discuss previously recommended services.
Qualifications
- An energetic, positive, and outgoing personality is an absolute must.
- Proven experience in a customer-facing or customer service role.
- Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
- A strong team player mentality with excellent communication skills.
- Proficiency with computer systems.
- Experience in the automotive industry is a plus but not required.
