Desired Qualifications:

  • Valid Occupational Therapist licensure in Minnesota (or eligible for licensure)
  • Experience working in school-based settings, especially with elementary and middle school populations
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement IEPs and therapy plans
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to adapt quickly to new environments and team dynamics

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct and consultative OT services to elementary and middle school students
  • Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings for IEP development and implementation
  • Maintain clear, detailed documentation of student progress
  • Collaborate with teachers, families, and other specialists to maximize student outcomes
