Desired Qualifications:
- Valid Occupational Therapist licensure in Minnesota (or eligible for licensure)
- Experience working in school-based settings, especially with elementary and middle school populations
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement IEPs and therapy plans
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to adapt quickly to new environments and team dynamics
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct and consultative OT services to elementary and middle school students
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings for IEP development and implementation
- Maintain clear, detailed documentation of student progress
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and other specialists to maximize student outcomes
