What you'll do
- Complete maintenance and repair projects across residential and commercial sites.
- Choose materials thoughtfully to meet structural needs and aesthetic goals.
- Deliver meticulous workmanship with safe, efficient tool use and upkeep.
- Estimate labor and materials, track time, and support accurate billing.
- Provide standout customer service that turns first-time clients into repeat fans.
What you bring
- 3–5+ years of experience spanning multiple trades.
- Current driver’s license and auto insurance.
- Personally owned truck or van and a full set of tools.
- Confidence estimating jobs (time and budget) and managing invoicing.
- Commitment to becoming OSHA 10 Certified within 90 days of hire.
- Tech fluency; experience with Service Titan is a plus.

Physical expectations
- Comfort standing, walking, and climbing ladders/stairs up to at least 15 ft.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs. unassisted.

- Clear near, far, and peripheral vision with normal depth perception (natural or corrected).
