With a full set of well-cared-for hand and power tools, you execute precise work that reflects true craftsmanship. Throughout the day, you communicate timelines and costs confidently, and you wrap every job with a finish that earns 4.5-star reviews or better—creating customers for life.

What you'll do

• Complete maintenance and repair projects across residential and commercial sites.
• Choose materials thoughtfully to meet structural needs and aesthetic goals.
• Deliver meticulous workmanship with safe, efficient tool use and upkeep.
• Estimate labor and materials, track time, and support accurate billing.
• Provide standout customer service that turns first-time clients into repeat fans.

What you bring

• 3–5+ years of experience spanning multiple trades.
• Current driver’s license and auto insurance.
• Personally owned truck or van and a full set of tools.
• Confidence estimating jobs (time and budget) and managing invoicing.
• Commitment to becoming OSHA 10 Certified within 90 days of hire.
• Tech fluency; experience with Service Titan is a plus.

Physical expectations

• Comfort standing, walking, and climbing ladders/stairs up to at least 15 ft.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs. unassisted.
• Capability to balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, and crawl as tasks require.
• Clear near, far, and peripheral vision with normal depth perception (natural or corrected).
