<p>Job Description Join our team as a Grinder! In this role, you'll grind, sand, polish, and finish metal components to meet quality standards. Experience with grinding tools and manufacturing environments is preferred. <br><br>

<li> Pay: $16.00/HR </li>
<li> Schedule: Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM - 4:45 PM <br> Some Saturdays may be required as needed. </li>
<li> Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Grind, sand, and polish metal parts</li>
<li>Inspect finished products for quality</li>
<li>Follow work instructions and specifications</li>
<li>Operate tools and equipment safely</li>
<li>Maintain a clean and safe work area</li>
</ul>

<li> Requirements:
<ul>
<li>Ability to lift up to 50 lbs</li>
<li>Able to stand, bend, and perform physical work throughout the shift</li>
<li>Comfortable working around machinery, dust, and noise</li>
<li>Manufacturing or grinding experience is a plus</li>
</ul>
