What Youll Do
- Build and enforce a KPI-driven accountability system.
- Own scheduling, dispatch, reporting, and customer journey.
- Launch and run Summit Performance Pay and career paths.
- Standardize SOPs and team training through Summit Academy.
- Ensure reports, quotes, and communication meet The Summit Way standards.
