We are looking for a skilled and customer-focused Remote Help Desk Support professional to join our team. In this role, you will provide technical assistance and support to our clients, ensuring they receive prompt and effective solutions to their issues.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and ticketing systems, providing troubleshooting assistance and technical support for software and hardware issues.

- Diagnose and resolve technical problems in a timely manner, escalating complex issues to higher-level technical teams as needed.

- Maintain detailed records of support interactions, service requests, and resolutions in the help desk system.

- Educate clients on best practices and provide guidance on using software applications and technology tools.

- Monitor support tickets to ensure timely resolution and customer satisfaction.

- Collaborate with IT teams to identify recurring issues and assist in the development of solutions or knowledge base articles.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and updates to provide accurate information and support.

QUALIFICATIONS:

- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, ITIL) are a plus.

- Previous experience in a help desk or technical support role is preferred.

- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues efficiently.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on customer service.

- Proficiency in using remote support tools and help desk software, as well as Microsoft Office Suite.

- Ability to work independently in a remote environment while managing time effectively.

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
