We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join a growing energy company in the Broward area. This role supports Project Managers and plays a key part in coordinating installations, managing customer communication, and ensuring smooth project execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist Project Managers with multiple ongoing projects using tools such as Salesforce, SharePoint, and Excel
- Receive customer calls and provide updates and support
- Generate work order documents and coordinate technicians for installations
- Submit requests for certificates of insurance as needed
- Oversee shipping and receiving for multi-site rollouts
- Collaborate with accounting on project billing and invoicing
- Handle and resolve customer invoice disputes
- Manage Salesforce tasks including creating work orders, adding customers, converting cases to invoices, assigning cases, and updating statuses
- Perform other related administrative and project support duties
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM systems preferred
- Project management certification is a plus, but not required
