We are seeking a dedicated Insurance Sales Manager to join our team. This role involves prospecting, quoting, sales presentations, closing sales, direct client interaction, and service after the sale like policy servicing, and supporting office operations with precision and care. Its ideal for someone who wants meaningful work in a respectful, well-run office where their efforts truly matter.


  • Base salary of $60,000 to $80,000 per year, based on experience

Responsibilities

  • Prospecting within agency network, leads, community events, and personal network
  • Quoting Auto, Home, Commercial, and Life Insurance
  • Client sales presentations to provide solutions and guide decisions to closing the sale
  • Optimize insurance policies to enhance customer retention
  • Answer incoming calls and assist clients with questions and service needs, as needed
  • Process policy changes across auto, home, life, commercial, and financial lines, as needed
  • Handle billing inquiries, payments, and late payment follow-up, as needed
  • Learn and use multiple software programs accurately and efficiently


Requirements

  • Property, Casualty, and Life Insurance Licenses required
  • Prior Insurance Agency Experience
  • Proven track-record of insurance sales success - Please provide examples
  • Friendly, clear communicator who can stay calm under pressure
  • Patient and empathetic, yet confident when handling difficult conversations
  • Dependable, consistent, and detail-oriented
  • Willing to learn and grow into more advanced roles
  • Comfortable with technology and administrative tasks
