Office Clerk (Service Writer)
South Florida Caterpillar dealer is seeking an Office Clerk/Service Writer for a busy, fast-paced service department at our new Ft. Pierce location.
As an Office Clerk/Service Writer, you will help dispatch the Shop & Field service technicians and assist the service supervisors with daily operations such as receiving and saving reports and photos from service jobs, filing CAT warranty reports, processing service calls and invoices. And other various clerical office-related duties were assigned.
Extensive computer skills in the following Microsoft programs: AX Dynamics, Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Strong oral and written communication skills and time management skills.
Must be able to meet the physical requirements of the job and can work in a team environment.
Possess regular and prompt attendance.
Looking for someone with a positive and energetic personality.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
