Your Role
As a key player in our team, you will provide essential in-store merchandising support to retailers, ensuring that shoppers have the best experience possible. Your responsibilities will include:
- Building eye-catching displays and end caps
- Resetting shelves with product rotation
- Tracking inventory to maximize sales opportunities
- Supporting leadership with reporting, training, scheduling, and onboarding new hires

About You
We’re looking for enthusiastic individuals who are ready to take on the challenge! Here’s what you need to bring:
- Comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, outgoing manner
- At least 18 years old
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs
- Reliable transportation to and from work
- 1-2 years of merchandising experience
- Experience in leading and training others
- Proficient in using a smartphone or tablet for work documentation
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
- A motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results
- Ability to work independently while also being a team player
- A safety-first mentality in a retail environment
