Schedule: Monday 8:30 AM - 6 PM Tuesday 8:30 AM - 5 PM Wednesday 8:30 AM - 5 PM Thursday 8:30 AM - 5 PM Friday 8:30 AM - 5 PM
NO WEEKENDS OR HOLIDAYS NOT TO EXCEED 40 HOURS PER WEEK

Compensation: Starting pay $20 per hour
WHY THIS ROLE
Looking for a healthcare role where you can combine hands-on patient care with the variety of a medical office? Primary Health Network is seeking a Medical Office Assistant to support patients and providers through both clinical and front-office responsibilities while helping create an efficient, welcoming patient experience.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Prepare patients for visits, including vital signs, height and weight, chief complaints, and medication review.
Assist providers and nurses with patient care and clinical procedures.
Perform approved clinical procedures such as venipuncture, injections, specimen collection, and routine testing based on training and clinical privileges.
Prepare prescription refills under provider direction and assist with medication prior authorizations.
Support patient scheduling, registration, phone communication, and other front-office needs.
Help maintain patient flow and a safe, welcoming environment.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Graduate of an approved LPN program and relevant direct patient-care experience.
Strong clinical knowledge and patient-care skills.
Current CPR certification.
Computer proficiency and strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Venipuncture and injection experience preferred.
COMPENSATION
Starting pay/range: $20 per hour PHN recognizes experience, education, credentials, and site location when determining wage, as applicable.
