An HR Specialist ensures efficient HR operations by managing metrics reporting, coordinating compensation and benefits, supporting recruitment, and enhancing policies and processes. They foster employee engagement, ensure compliance, and contribute to a positive workplace culture, aligning HR strategies with organizational goals.
🎯 Your Mission:
- HR Reporting: Prepare and submit comprehensive HR reports, including metrics and KPIs, on a monthly basis to aid in informed decision-making.
- Reward System Management: Oversee the company’s reward programs by developing results-driven insights and presentations for internal initiatives.
- Compensation Analysis: Conduct market research to ensure the company’s compensation and benefits packages remain competitive.
- Data Management: Maintain and update information in the internal budget and reporting tool (Cognous).
- Budgeting and Forecasting: Contribute to the budgeting and forecasting processes, particularly concerning staff costs.
- Recruitment Support: Assist in recruitment activities, including conducting interviews and managing related processes.
- Internal Communication and Branding: Collaborate on internal communication strategies and employer branding efforts to enhance workplace culture and reputation.
- Policy and Process Enhancement: Contribute to the evaluation and improvement of employment policies, processes, and practices in Compensation & Benefits area recommending enhancements as needed.
- HR Projects: Actively participate in various internal HR projects and tasks, ensuring successful execution and alignment with organizational goals.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration and master’s degree in human resources management.
- 2-3 years of professional experience in a relevant position
- Excellent knowledge of the English language (oral & written)
- Hands on experience in using MS Office, databases and HRIS systems
- Good understanding of HR functions and best practices
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Organizational and time management skills
- Meticulous attention to detail.
