Motor City Wash Works is looking for energetic and motivated candidates to staff its CNC Department in our manufacturing facility.&nbsp;As a member of the team some CNC Operator essential duties and functions are as follows.&nbsp;
&nbsp;
Responsibilities&nbsp;
<ul>
<li>Operate a CNC vertical milling center with minimal&nbsp;instruction&nbsp;</li>
<li>Use standard measuring&nbsp;equipment. (Caliper, Micrometer, Bore Gages, Etc.)&nbsp;</li>
<li>Read blueprints and qualify parts to&nbsp;drawings&nbsp;</li>
<li>Listen to and follow verbal&nbsp;instructions&nbsp;</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Set up clamps, positioners and metal blocking in an automatic computer controlled milling&nbsp;machine&nbsp;</li>
<li>Load and&nbsp;operate&nbsp;CNC machine to make parts to specifications.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>
<li>Fill out work order and inventory use&nbsp;documents&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>
<li>Push loaded carts to inventory aisles and unload parts into stock&nbsp;bins&nbsp;</li>
<li>Work in a healthy team environment,&nbsp;assists&nbsp;others when able and as&nbsp;needed&nbsp;</li>
</ul>
Qualifications/Skills&nbsp;
<ul>
<li>High school diploma or GED&nbsp;</li>
<li>Ability to read blueprints and qualify finished parts to drawing.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>
<li>Basic math skills. Understanding of fractions and decimals&nbsp;with measuring devices.&nbsp;</li>
