We are looking for an experienced Senior UKG HRIS Analyst to join our team in Minneapolis, Minnesota. In this long-term contract role, you will play a pivotal part in managing and optimizing HR systems to support organizational goals. This position offers a unique opportunity to leverage your expertise in HRIS analysis and implementation within the dynamic printing and publishing industry.


Responsibilities:

• Analyze and evaluate HRIS systems to ensure alignment with organizational needs and objectives.

• Oversee the implementation and integration of HRIS systems, including UKG Pro and related tools.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage system configurations and enhancements.

• Develop and maintain HRIS databases, ensuring data accuracy and system reliability.

• Utilize Cognos Business Intelligence to generate reports and insights for informed decision-making.

• Support change management efforts by training users and addressing system-related questions.

• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to maintain operational efficiency.

• Document processes and workflows to streamline HRIS operations.

• Provide recommendations for system upgrades and improvements based on industry trends.

• Ensure compliance with data security protocols and organizational policies.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in HRIS analysis and system management.
• Proficiency in implementing and maintaining HRIS systems, including UKG Pro.
• Strong knowledge of HRIS databases and related reporting tools.
• Experience using Cognos Business Intelligence to create actionable reports.
• Proven ability to manage change and train users effectively.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented approach.
• Familiarity with data security standards and compliance requirements.
• Strong communication skills to collaborate with teams and stakeholders.
