Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Quality Assurance Coordinator to join our team in Midland, TX. The ideal candidate will be responsible for remotely monitoring water treatment units, reviewing performance data, maintaining data acquisition and reporting processes, generating detailed job reports, and providing technical support and guidance to field personnel. This role requires a proactive approach to quality control and a strong commitment to maintaining high standards in our water treatment processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Remote Monitoring: Continuously monitor water treatment units from the local office, using advanced monitoring tools and techniques.
Quality Assurance: Ensure the correct performance of water treatment units by reviewing operating data, identifying trends or irregularities, and helping coordinate corrective actions when needed.
Report Generation: Compile and generate detailed daily and post-job reports, highlighting performance metrics, issues encountered, actions taken, and outcomes.
Data Management: Maintain dashboards, logs, and data acquisition/reporting processes to support accurate job tracking and performance analysis.
Train and Support Field Personnel: Provide technical support, guidance, and process-related training to field personnel, ensuring smooth operations and quick resolution of any on-site issues.
Continuous Improvement: Actively participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the quality and efficiency of water treatment processes, including supporting SOP updates, process audits, and standardization efforts.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Proficiency in Google Workspace, including Sheets, Docs, and Drive.
Basic coding skills, with the ability to understand and utilize coding in monitoring and reporting tasks.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Familiarity with continuous improvement tools and techniques.
Experience with data review, reporting, and quality assurance processes; experience in water treatment or a related field is preferred.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field is preferred.
Additional Information:
This position will require periodical travel to field sites for training and support purposes.
