LPN/LVN – Long-Term Care | Kane, PA

Kane, PA | Permanent |
Nights: 6:00 PM–6:00 AM | 84 hrs/biweekly
$26/hr + $0.75 night shift differential
2 days on / 2 days off / 3 days on | Rotating weekends
Potential relocation assistance discussed during interview

LPN Wing Supervisor, providing resident care, medication administration, care-plan management, and supervision of Nursing Assistants. New grads are welcome!

Requirements: Active PA LPN license or temporary work permit at interview, BLS (AHA). LTC/nursing home experience is a plus.
