Are you a dog lover with a knack for organization and a warm, welcoming personality? Cuddle Up Pup, a locally owned dog care facility, is looking for a Front Desk Receptionist to be the friendly face and voice that greets our clients—both two-legged and four-legged!

What You'll Be Doing
As our Front Desk Receptionist, you’ll be the first point of contact for our clients, setting the tone for their experience with us. Your responsibilities will include:
- Greeting clients (and their furry companions!) with a warm and professional demeanor.
- Answering phone calls and responding to emails to assist with inquiries, bookings, and general information.
- Scheduling appointments for daycare, boarding, and grooming services.
- Managing check-ins and check-outs, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
- Maintaining accurate records of client and pet information.
- Assisting with administrative tasks to keep our operations running smoothly.
