Location: White Sands Missile Range, NM
Annually: $45,864
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

As the supervisor, you’ll ensure all grounds maintenance tasks meet contract standards, mentor a team of dedicated staff, and keep our outdoor spaces safe, beautiful, and fully operational. ???? What You’ll Do:
- Lead, mentor, and evaluate a team to promote growth, teamwork, and excellence.
- Monitor and approve employee hours and timesheets.
- Communicate regularly with project managers about grounds issues or concerns.
- Oversee grounds tasks, including landscaping, pest/weed control, and storm damage cleanup.
- Inspect and repair perimeter fencing and maintain clear drainage ditches.
- Perform minor equipment maintenance and implement special assignments.
- Participate in company committees and contribute to a positive work culture.
???? What We’re Looking For:
- Education: High school diploma or GED with 3+ years in grounds/maintenance (1 year supervisory experience required).
- Licenses: Valid driver’s license.
- Experience: Hands-on grounds maintenance knowledge, supervisory experience, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Skills: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and respect for cultural diversity. Bilingual skills are a plus!
- Clearances: Must be eligible for NACI / background/security checks.
