About the Role:
The Surveillance Agent II plays a critical role in maintaining the safety, security, and integrity of hospitality and tourism venues by monitoring activities through advanced surveillance systems. The agent will collaborate closely with security teams and management to respond promptly to suspicious activities and ensure compliance with regulatory standards. By analyzing surveillance footage and generating comprehensive reports, the agent supports investigations and helps uphold a safe environment for all patrons and staff. Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior experience in surveillance, security, or a related field within the hospitality or tourism industry.
- Basic knowledge of surveillance technology and video monitoring systems.
- Strong attention to detail and observational skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certification in security or surveillance operations (e.g., Certified Protection Professional or equivalent).

Responsibilities:
- Monitor live video feeds and recorded footage from multiple surveillance cameras to detect and document suspicious or unauthorized activities.
- Conduct regular inspections of surveillance equipment to ensure optimal functionality and report any technical issues promptly.
- Collaborate with security personnel and management to investigate incidents, provide evidence, and support enforcement actions as necessary.
- Maintain detailed and accurate logs of observations, incidents, and actions taken during shifts for reporting and legal purposes.
