Job SummaryWe’re opening a Bricks &amp; Minifigs store in Butler, PA—a specialty toy retailer focused on buying, selling, and trading LEGO® products.&nbsp; We’re looking for a trustworthy, hands-on Store Manager to help us launch and run day-to-day operations. This isn’t a corporate retail gig—it’s a community-focused business where your leadership really matters. You’ll work closely with ownership to get the store ready for opening and will take the reins on tactical, customer-facing operations once we’re up and running. Responsibilities&nbsp;

<li>Hire, train, and lead employees</li>
<li>Coach employees in customer service</li>
<li>Create schedules</li>
<li>Plan and execute sales, promotions, and in-store events</li>
<li>Maintain information in the point of sale system</li>
<li>Oversee the receipt of products into inventory</li>
<li>Assist in initial store setup</li>

Qualifications
<ul>
<li>Three years of previous retail management (Manager or Assistant Manager) is preferred</li>
<li>Previous sales experience with the proven ability to meet or exceed performance standards</li>
<li>Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment</li>
<li>Strong organizational skills</li>
<li>Excellent team building and leadership skills</li>
