Job SummaryWe’re opening a Bricks & Minifigs store in Butler, PA—a specialty toy retailer focused on buying, selling, and trading LEGO® products.
We’re looking for a trustworthy, hands-on Store Manager to help us launch and run day-to-day operations. This isn’t a corporate retail gig—it’s a community-focused business where your leadership really matters. You’ll work closely with ownership to get the store ready for opening and will take the reins on tactical, customer-facing operations once we’re up and running.
Responsibilities
- Hire, train, and lead employees
- Coach employees in customer service
- Create schedules
- Plan and execute sales, promotions, and in-store events
- Maintain information in the point of sale system
- Oversee the receipt of products into inventory
- Assist in initial store setup
Qualifications
- Three years of previous retail management (Manager or Assistant Manager) is preferred
- Previous sales experience with the proven ability to meet or exceed performance standards
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent team building and leadership skills
